1. Acceptance of Terms

By using serpvox.co and its services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Serpvox is a SaaS tool for SEO keyword research. It provides estimated search volume, keyword difficulty, search intent, SERP analysis and trend data. Data are estimates based on third-party sources and do not constitute official data from Google or any other search engine.

3. Account and Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits is prohibited.
• Serpvox may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Payments

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Serpvox may change prices with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

Because Serpvox is a digital service with a Free plan available before purchase:

• Automatic refunds are not provided for monthly or annual subscriptions already activated.
• For serious technical issues attributable to Serpvox, we may evaluate partial refunds or extensions.
• Refund requests can be sent to alextaipi@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Serpvox for:

• Illegal activity or activity that infringes third-party rights.
• Reselling or sharing account access with third parties.
• Automated mass scraping through the service.
• Circumventing plan usage limits.
• Interfering with the infrastructure or security of the service.

7. Service Availability and Data Accuracy

Serpvox aims to keep the service available, but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates or external provider issues may cause interruptions.

SEO data are estimates and may differ from actual values. Serpvox does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logo and content of Serpvox belong to Alex Taipi and are protected by copyright law.

The data you enter, including searched keywords and lists, remain your data. Serpvox does not claim ownership of it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Serpvox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 3 months.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings or by writing to alextaipi@gmail.com. Deletion removes account-associated data within the legal timeframe, except data retained for legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

Serpvox may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer protection rights remain unaffected where applicable.
