1. Acceptance of Terms

By using serpvox.co and its services, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Serpvox is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool for SEO keyword research. The service provides estimated data on search volume, keyword difficulty, search intent, SERP analysis, and trends. Data are estimates based on third-party sources (Google Trends, Google Autocomplete, Serper.dev, OpenPageRank) and do not constitute official data from Google or other search engines.

3. Account and Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to register
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limits is prohibited
• Serpvox reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Plans and Payments

Prices are in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. Serpvox reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the service and the availability of a Free plan to test it before purchase:

• No automatic refunds are provided for monthly or annual subscriptions already activated
• In the event of serious technical issues attributable to Serpvox, we evaluate partial refunds or extensions upon request
• For refund requests, write to alextaipi@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Serpvox for:

• Illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties
• Reselling or sharing account access with third parties
• Automated mass scraping through the service's API
• Attempting to circumvent plan usage limits
• Interfering with the infrastructure or security of the service

7. Service Availability

Serpvox strives to ensure maximum service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure. We are not liable for damages arising from temporary service interruptions.

The data provided are estimates and may differ from actual values. Serpvox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the SEO data provided.

8. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logo, and content of Serpvox are the exclusive property of Alex Taipi and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

The data you enter (keywords searched, lists) remain your property. Serpvox does not claim any rights over your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Serpvox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Serpvox's maximum liability to the user is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by writing to alextaipi@gmail.com. Deletion results in the removal of all account-associated data within 30 days, except for billing data retained by legal obligation.

Serpvox reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

Serpvox may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
